Vulnerability in ConfigUtility jar file

Issue/Introduction

Our security scans have identified a vulnerability in ConfigUtility.jar file. The installed version is 1.2.17 and they need a latest version. Can you please provide the latest version of it. Or the steps to remediate it?

This jar is use to manually execute to get config info.

Otherwise nothing connects to it.

It's a standalone tool so you could delete it if you don't want it on your system.
