Dashboard exports to PDF are rendered incorrectly

Issue/Introduction

The formatting of some dashboard images in some environments is misaligned when exported to PDF. Only the first page of the dashboard is exported, and all charts and tables not rendered at the top of the page when viewed in the console are truncated. Additionally, table widgets are rendered as images and exclude rows that are not rendered on the screen in the default view.

Resolution

To address issues with export formatting, adjust the size of the affected dashboard to render correctly for your environment via Admin > Dashboards and reference the Dashboard Designer Guide as needed.

Table widgets can be exported in their entirety as an XLSX or CSV file, but not on a schedule. Information Centric Analytics' native functionality only delivers PDFs on a schedule. This functionality could be extended to include tabular reports through the creation of a customized RiskFabric Processing job step; however, assistance with customizations must be provided by professional services.
