How to request Implementer license keys

Issue/Introduction

This knowledge article describes the process how you can request new Implementer license keys.

Environment

Release : 8.7

Component : CA 2E

Resolution

Please open a new CA 2E support case with the following IBMi box info

a) serial number
b) model
c) processor feature code
d) partition

And if the keys are for Host or Receiver

After Broadcom Support receives the case, Support will request PTC to generate and deliver new Implementer license keys via a new PTC support case. Once keys are sent to Broadcom Support, Support will forward the keys to you.
