CA Endevor SCM Integration for the Natural Environment (EINE) interface is written in Natural and the error messages are documented in the Natural SYSERR utility.

 

Question:

Getting an error in the CA Endevor SCM Integration for the Natural Environment (EINE) interface, where are the error messages documented?

 

Environment:

All supported versions of EINE

 

Answer:

Use the Natural SYSERR utility to view the EINE error messages.

1.  From the Natural main menu, enter SYSERR in the command line to start the SYSERR utility.

2.  On the SYSERR Menu enter:

Code .. di
Message type .... US        << for User defined Short messages
Library ......... EINELIB 
Message number .. xxxx      << the number of error message you want to display
Language codes .. 1
