Unable to get latest maintenance for CA OPS

Issue/Introduction

I am using Chorus Software Manager (CSM) to get the latest maintenance for "CA OPS/MVS Event Management Automation for JES2 Plus MSU - MVS" version 14.0 but when I select "Get Latest Maintenance" The operation fails. 

The update log has the following error message:

"The product CA OPS/MVS Event Management Automation for JES2 Plus MSU - MVS at release 14.0 is not available for the following site ID: nnnnnn"

but when I check our licenses on the Broadcom website, it shows that we're licensed for "OPS/MVS Event Management & Automation".  I ran the   'Update Complete Product List' in CA-CSM as instructed in the update error log but that did not correct the problem.

I also tried following the instructions in Chorus Software Manger Knowledgebase article 211905 without success:

1. Within Products tab under Actions, select "Show License Keys"
2. First click Refresh Site IDs and then click Update Keys. Close when complete.
3. Next, click again "Update Complete Product List" under Actions.
4. Next, look for the proper product under Available Products and expand the product to show available releases. Right click on desired release and select Update Product Release.

Step 4 (Update Product Release) fails with the same error.

CA-OPS 14.0 was installed using CSM on 11/23/20 and we've retrieved maintenance using CSM before with no problems.  We are running CSM V6.0 and CA-Ops V14 on an IBM Z13 processor with z/OS 2.3.

I have the CA-CSM update log for the failing update and the output from a DBSQLPR job as described in the knowledgebase article mentioned above but haven't figured out how to attach the files to a new case.

Check to see if CA OPS/MVS Event Management Automation for JES2 Plus MSU - MVS is still assigned your your site id nnnnnn.

Replace nnnnnn with your actual site id in CSM. From the list of products returned in your browser if CA OPS/MVS Event Management Automation for JES2 Plus MSU - MVS is not included then it is no longer assigned to your site id and therefore can no longer be used. In CSM from the products tab do a clean and hide on CA OPS/MVS Event Management Automation for JES2 Plus MSU - MVS or whatever other product name this failure occurred on. 
 
Check the list of products from the browser for another CA OPS/MVS variation in the product name such as CA OPS/MVS Event Management Automation for JES2 - MVS. Any other variation in this product name such as CA OPS/MVS Event Management Automation for JES2 - MVS can be used. Check the list of products that have been cleaned up hidden from that products tab to verify that the replacement name such as CA OPS/MVS Event Management Automation for JES2 - MVS was not once cleaned up and hidden. If it was, select it and click show product then click update complete product in the upper left of the products tab. This should allow you to successfully run update product release for the replacement product in CSM for the release you want to download.
