Web page header (top navigation) bar goes missing on page reload

Issue/Introduction

The DX Netops Portal web page navigation bar fails to display when the page refreshes automatically.

The problem is more repeatable if "View Suppression" is OFF.

Resolution

This issue is currently under investigation by Broadcom Engineering.
