Details flyout showing previously updated item

Issue/Introduction

After updating an item and selecting a different one in the Details flyout, the previous item is shown again in the flyout. These steps are showing an example with Risks, but this is not specific to the Risks grid (e.g.: it can be observed in Projects grid, Issues, Subobjects, etc.).

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a project in the Modern UX.
2. Go to Risks grid and create at least two risks (e.g.: Risk 1 and Risk 2).
3. Select Risk 1 and open the Details flyout.
4. In the Details flyout, update an attribute (e.g.: update the risk name to Risk 01), but do not click out of the edited cell.
5. Click on the Risk 2 in the grid.

Expected Results: Risk 2 Details are displayed.

Actual Results: Risk 2 Details are briefly displayed, but they get refreshed shortly after with the values from Risk 01. Risk 2 is highlighted in the grid and Details shown are from Risk 01.
