RCQ PL option now does not show PART INDEX or ICREATOR

Issue/Introduction

When issuing the PL(Partition List) command in the RCQ associated Partition Indexes and Index creator are not displayed as seen below:

Resolution

When issuing the PL(Partition List) command and the associated Partition Indexes or the Index Creator is because this is a table-controlled partitioning. If you do the same thing for index-controlled partitioning, you'll see the Partition Indexes and Index Creator,
