Services do not start by AutoSys Administrator Utility

Issue/Introduction

Since upgrade to 12.0 version when we use the AutoSys Administrator utility to start services, when we try to start a service the service does not start. It just hangs and there is not any error messages returned.

We can start the services by using the Windows Service management utility.

Resolution

Please make sure to launch the AutoSys Administrator Utility by “Right click” and “Run as administrator”.

Problem resolved by applying the recommended solution.
