Issue/Introduction

 Using CSM (MSM) to perform the Update CARS level action fails with 'Unexpected number of error hold data files.'

Cause

The manual action of renaming the existing ALL-HOLDDATA.TXT file to OLD-HOLDDATA.TXT (found under MSM's '/mpm/scroot/DatabaseM/CA/error_hold_data' directory) followed by performing the Update Holddata action in the MSM UI to download the current ALL-HOLDDATA.TXT file created the problem of having multiple holddata files in the '/mpm/scroot/DatabaseM/CA/error_hold_data' directory. 

Resolution

Deleting the OLD-HOLDDATA.TXT file from the '/... /mpm/scroot/DatabaseM/CA/error_hold_data' directory, leaving only the expected ALL-HOLDDATA.TXT file allowed the Update CARS Level action to work successfully.
