Project Create from Template will not carry over all the financial fields

Issue/Introduction

Project Create from Template will copy some, but not all the financial fields which is inconsistent and leads to extra work

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Create a Template with all the Financial Properties set up, including:
   • Investment Class
   • WIP Class
2. Now create a project from this template
3. Go to this new project - Financial

Expected Results: all the values to be carried over to the new project

Actual Results: Some of the values such as Status, Location, Department are carried over, and some such as Investment Class and WIP Class are not

Workaround: Fill the details manually on the new project
