Kanban scroll down bar disappears on some columns

Issue/Introduction

In the Board view for Tasks, the scroll bar on the right columns may disappear when editing Task Properties

 

Environment

Release : 16.0.2, 16.0.3

Component : Clarity MUX UI Usability

Cause

Steps to Reproduce:  

1. Open a project in Modern and navigate to the Tasks tab; this should be a project with a lot of tasks in different statuses
2. Click on a Task in the left or center column 
3. Edit the properties of the task 
4. Click off the task 

Expected Results: Scroll bars remain in Board View. 

Actual Results: Scroll bars on center or right column disappear. 

Workaround: Refresh the page.
