Issue/Introduction

Endpoint Protection client 14.2 MP1 running on Windows 2008 32-bit reports "Proactive Threat Protection is not functioning". 

Proactive threat protection definitions are stuck on an old version, often February 12, 2018 r1

Running an intelligent updater reports that definitions install correctly, but are then unable to load and the product remains on the old definitions.

Cause

SONAR is unable to update to the latest version on Windows 2008 32-bit.
