Unable to deply the CAVerizonPEStats device pack to CAMM LC

Issue/Introduction

When deploying the CAVerizonPEStats device pack I see the following error

Could not upload Vendor Cert ems_caverizon_pe_interface_stats.xml. com.ca.im.item.ws.impl.TypeCatalogWebServiceEndPointImpl.cammvc.nonexistingdestattr. "PE_DiscardsInCount" is not defined in {http://im.ca.com/normalizer}NormalizedPortInfo Could not upload Vendor Cert ems_caverizon_pe_qos_classmap_stats.xml. com.ca.im.item.ws.impl.TypeCatalogWebServiceEndPointImpl.cammvc.nonexistingdestattr. "PE_Speed" is not defined in {http://im.ca.com/normalizer}NormalizedQosClassMapInfo

Cause

The ftp package was missing.

Resolution

Once ftp is installed through yum, the device pack installation completes successfully
