OKTA Tile not launching MUX from RelayState

Issue/Introduction

After enabling SSO for Clarity, a tile was created in my OKTA to launch Clarity. Clarity is configured for MUX, but the Classic interface is launching instead.

Cause

As a part of SaaS SSO configuration process, information is provided with a "RelayState" based url that can be used to launch the Clarity MUX. If the URL is copied from the PDF file, it's possible a space could be introduced.

Resolution

Review the formatting of the RelayState URL. Ensure there are no spaces in the url. For example, a part of the url should look like this:

.../sso/saml?RelayState=https...

If the URL instead looks like:

.../sso/saml?Relay State=https...

it will prevent the MUX from launching. This space needs to be removed.
