Output from SARTSLST showed there to be only one active report that was never on the tape in question.
The client was asked to do a SARBCH /DELETE on the report.
As there were many reports from the same tape that were still active, the client was asked to do a SARTDR /TADD.
After doing the /DELETE and the /TADD, the client reported that they were able to access a report that was on the tape.
