After installing 14.4. CP1 patch cannot log in to Provisioning Manager

Issue/Introduction

After installing 14.4 CP1 patch for Provisioning Manager we are not able to log in.

a message box error appears with the following message.

"Unable to open. Please check your information, including the domain name and your authentication details."

Resolution

To get the Provisioning Manager working again, you have to update the ETPKI libs as well

In fact, all the components need the ETPKI, as well as the one for the Provisioning Manager.  The documentation didn't mention this.  The documentation probably needs to mention the ETPKI in order for all components to work.

From the "CP-IMPS-1441-Instructions_On_How_To_Deploy.pdf" file you will find the instruction to update the ETPKI libraries.

The ETPKI by default is installed under the folder "X:\Program Files (x86)\CA\SharedComponents\ETPKI\CAPKI\CAPKI5\Windows\x86\32\lib"
