Spectrum Network Configuration Manager (NCM) backup events not generated

Issue/Introduction

When the Network Configuration Manager "Use Local Authentication Settings" is Enabled in the Network Configuration Manager -> "Local Communication Configuration" subview on a model, the Spectrum Network Configuration Manager backup events 0x00821000 and 0x00821001 are not generated as expected.

0x00821000 - Capture succeeded
0x00821001 - Capture failed

Environment

Release : DX NetOps Spectrum 21.2.8

Component : Spectrum Alarm

Resolution

This issue is resolved in Dx NetOps 21.2.8 with the 21.02.08.D77 patch.

The fix will be included in a future release of Spectrum.
