DLP 15.8 MP3 patch fails to install

Issue/Introduction

Applying newly released patch 15.8 MP3 to the test environment (Enforce).

Fails with some JDBC issues and rolls back.

Currently on 15.8 MP2

3-tier Windows environment.

Environment

Release : 15.8

Component : MP3

Cause

SQL Plus was missing on Enforce

Had been removed due to some log4j issues

Resolution

Customer replaced the missing SQL Plus on Enforce server and the MP3 installation worked without any issues

Note: Due to some unknown log4j issues the above SQL Plus executable was missing.
