Exporting objects from ITPAM crashes the web page

Issue/Introduction

In his current environment every time he tries to export it the web page returns an error message:

This site can't be reached
The webpage at http://<loadbalancername>:8080/itpam/exportFile?serverId-d4fedf82-1b1d-4422-a592-b369c2d9ea2b&commandName=exportTempFile&filename=760fd3b9-6588-4523-a2d2-3cdf176d4924_tmp_exp.xml&objName=<processname> might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address
ERR_INVALID_RESPONSE

This appears to be happening with all his export attempts in all folders.

The processes all seem pretty normal - not aware of any special characters or anything.

What could be causing this?

Problem resolved on its own.  No root cause identified.  The theory is that there might have been a network or name resolution problem before but this cannot be verified.
