ACF2 JES Exits for zOS 2.5

Issue/Introduction

While installing z/OS 2.5 and using job JXBUMJ2 to apply the ACF2 JES exits, still seeing reference to old z/OS version in following load modules: 

ACFJ2ITF
ACFJ2USR
ACFRJES2
ACFUJES2

Environment

Release : 16.0

Component : ACF2 for z/OS

Resolution

The JXBUMJ2 member is used to APPLY UMJ2999 USERMOD which forces reassembly of JES2 security interface modules: ACFJ2ITF, ACFJ2USR, ACFRJES2, AND ACFUJES2.

The load modules after reassembly should refer to latest z/OS 2.5 version.

Issue the following commands to verify the z/OS version: 

TSO ISRDDN  
LINKLIST
M ACFJ2ITF
Select the library this module is found in and search for MIT

Verify the z/OS version as shown below:
MIT ACFJ2ITFz/OS 2.5
