Is there any way to bring the pax file into the mainframe as dataset and proceed with the installation of the product?

Issue/Introduction

Facing security issues with the USS directory to bring the pax file to the mainframe and unpack it thru USS. Is there any way to bring the pax file into the mainframe as dataset and proceed with the installation of the product?

Resolution

Unfortunately there is no other option except resolving the security problems.
