Issue/Introduction

After attempting to change the Virtual Analyst Launch Icon with a custom image, instead of showing the new icon, Service Point simply displays an image holder.

Environment

Service Desk Manager 17.3

Virtual Analyst Component

All Supported Operating Systems

Resolution

The new icon file has to be exactly 126x140 pixels in size.

To change the size of the icon file, open the image file with the MS Paint application, click on the "Resize" icon and then select the "Pixels" button. 

Ensure that the size dimensions are:

Horizontal: 126

Vertical: 140

Save the changes.

Restart the xFlow service and clear the browser cache
