PAM: When external storage for Session Recording, old data can not view with error, PAM-CMN-3333

Issue/Introduction

External storage for Session Recording on Privileged Access Manager ( a.k.a PAM) move to another machine.
And then all files for Session Recording copy to new machine.
But it cannot view with old files data on new external storage.  New session recording data after switch new storage can be viewed.
He provide external storage as NFS on Windows Server.

Component : PRIVILEGED ACCESS MANAGEMENT

Cause

It seems to be access user is different on old and new NFS server on Windows server.
So, session recording data file cannot access by another user.

Then PAM-CMN-3333 error is occurred.

Resolution

Please apply one of following action to access with same user.

• configure same user mapping on old and new NFS server
• add read privilege on all user to session recording data files and folders.
• use robocopy to copy from old to new machine.
