Assigned group defined in Field Mappings is not populating to SNow

Issue/Introduction

We configured the sdgtw probe to work with service now. The field mapping for custom3 field is not working when it is mapped to ' assignment group ' field.

Resolution

In order to get a ticket assigned to a group the 'Enable Group Assignment' option needs to be turned on.
