Issue/Introduction

ISG applications went into a FAILED state.
Proxy applications didn't show any reason for failure.  There was not any mini-context or cores generated.

Troubleshooting logs were analyzed from the ISG appliance, where "Out of memory: Kill process xx (qemu-kvm)" could be seen.

Cause

When the ISG appliance was low on available memory it would incorrectly terminate applications.

Resolution

Fixed Issues in ISG 2.4.1.1 and is documented in release notes as such.
