An error is received when starting ARD Hub: RSA public key is not available client side (option serverRsaPublicKeyFile not set))
We are installing ARD Hub 3.2.5 on a Windows Server, with MySQL 8.0.22, Keycloak 15.1.1, and Tomcat 9.0.64

The customer found a typo for the DB password in the settings file. Once this was corrected, they are no longer getting the 'RSA public key' message.
