A second VM is configured with the same IP and it caused a conflict on the network leading to connection resets.
Shut down the identified erroneous server that is found configured on same IP where PAM appliance was configured. Essentially, post shutting down the erroneously configured server actions such as uploading and installing of the new patches and browsing the PAM UI will not encounter this sporadic issue.
