Issue/Introduction

In CA Mobile Authenticator application, existing user accounts are not migrated from CA Mobile OTP.

Environment

Release : 9.1

Component : AuthMinder(Arcot WebFort)

Resolution

Follow these steps if your user data is not migrated to the CA Mobile Authenticator app in Android:
1. Close the CA Mobile Authenticator app and then open and close the CA Mobile OTP app.
2. Check for your user data in the CA Mobile Authenticator app.
3. Once the migration is complete, the CA Mobile OTP app works only in read-only mode.
4. Perform all authentication requests (push or OTP) through the CA Mobile Authenticator app.
