Error: Validation of Autosys server fails with error E190098..Read timed out

Issue/Introduction

Validation of Autosys server failed with below error:
Error: E190098 AUTODEV (web services validation) - A connection exception was encountered:
https://autodev.com:9443/AEWS returned error java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out.

Environment

Release : 12.0

Component : WORKLOAD CONTROL CENTER

Cause

Port 9443 is not open through firewall in Autosys server.

Resolution

To confirm, in WCC Server, enter below URL and check the response after submitting the credentials:
https://<Autosys server hostname>:9443/AEWS/

Allow the port 9443 through firewall in Autosys server and then check the above URL.

From WCC server should be able to Telnet to Autosys server on 9443 port.
