An attempt to upload the 4.1 upgrade patch to the Management Console results in the following error:
We subsequently tried renaming the zip file to CAPAM_4.1.0.p.zip to match the name of the bin file in the archive, which got us a little further, but it still fails:
Privileged Access Manager, releases 4.0.0-4.0.3 and 4.1.0
The PAM 4.1 upgrade patch name does not conform to the expected file name format, requiring a rename, and the Management Console could not handle patch files larger than 2G.
The code is fixed as DE536409 in the 4.0.4 and 4.1.1 releases, please upgrade to resolve the issue. If an upgrade is not currently possible, please upload very large patches to each cluster node individually.
