EEM error after install keeps recurring

Issue/Introduction

We installed EEM and it was working for a while. We got this error so we re-installed.

and now the error came back. 

How do we fix this error without re-installing?

Release : 11.3.6

Component : WA AE/AUTOSYS RELATED EEM

Resolution

• Add CASHCOMP and CAPKIHOME settings in /etc/profile.CA
• Remove (Comment Out) CASHCOMP and CAPKIHOME from $CASHCOMP/CADirectory/dxserver/install/.dxprofile
