Issue/Introduction

When attempting to stop the IDS service (sisservicectrl stop sisidsservice) or uninstalling the DCS 6.9.2 agent on a Windows system with lower resources (1-2 core, single processor), the system will remain at 100% CPU and become unresponsive

Recommendation to continue to use or upgrade to the latest Windows DCS 6.9.1 agent (which is available on the support portal under 6.9.1 as "agent-win2k22.exe") until an updated 6.9.2 agent becomes available
