When attempting to stop the IDS service (sisservicectrl stop sisidsservice) or uninstalling the DCS 6.9.2 agent on a Windows system with lower resources (1-2 core, single processor), the system will remain at 100% CPU and become unresponsive

Recommendation is to install a newer DCS Agent
Steps:
Disable the DCS Agent services in the Windows "Services" and then reboot. This will ensure those services are not running and the cpu usage doesn't spike.
Uninstall the DCS 6.9.1 Agent and then reboot
Install the latest Windows DCS 6.9.3 Agent (which is available on the support portal under 6.9.3 hotfixes) or newer
