Widget type 'Progress Ring' not responding to screen reader

Issue/Introduction

Accessibility. Widgets can be accessed via screen reader, however the contents of the 'Progress Ring' widget are announced by screen readers as '95% graphic' and other output  - none of which appear to be applicable visually. 

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Navigate to a Task list page with multiple widget types in the view 
2. Enable screen reader and use key commands to read the entire page 
3. Screen reader moves thru the widgets section but does not properly announce 'progress ring' widget 

 

Expected Results: Screen reader should announce the text and the number on the 'Progress Ring' widget.  In this example, it should announce 'Completed 5%'. 

Actual Results: Screen reader announces multiple spots on this one widget: 'completed, graphic symbol, graphic symbol, 5%, graphic symbol, graphic symbol, 0, 1, 0, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22'.
