IXGLOGR is trying to allocate this dataset.
Is IXGLOGR supposed to be allowed to allocate the dataset?
If it is, you should write a rule for the access.
If not allowed then you should not write the rule to allow, but add NOMAXVIO to the IXGLOGR LOGONID.
This will stop access to the datasets (as required) but not cause the ACF99910 error messages.
