Details not appearing in conversation notifications for Staffing allocations and Business Agreements

Issue/Introduction

Post upgrade to 16.0.2 Staffing allocation conversations is no longer having Investment name and staffing details, also missing is the link to navigate to the Staff module. The same problem is noticed for Business Agreements. Project, Task, Risk, Issue, Changes conversation notifications continue to work as expected with links to respected modules. 

Steps to Reproduce: 

  1. In the main menu, open the Staffing workspace 
    • Note the conversation can be initiated for an allocation from any staffing page 
  2. Click on an allocation row, open the fly-out and navigate to the Conversations tab
  3. Start a conversation to any resource and with '@ mention' and post it 
    example : @admin where admin is the logged in user 
  4. Open the notification bell on the top right and open the notification to see the details 

Expected Results: Notification contains the Staff and Investment name references and a link to navigate to the staffing. 

Actual Results: Notification contains no Staff or Investment references and a link to navigate to the staffing.
