Set CI to maintenance in SOI, does not update UIM

Issue/Introduction

When we set a device into maintenance it SOI, it updates Spectrum correctly, but not updating UIM. Is there a specific setting that has to be configured in the connector to pass maintenance mode both ways? 

 

 

Environment

Release : 4.2

Component : CATALYST CONNECTOR FOR UIM

Resolution

The Is In Maintenance field for the UIM sheet is empty.

There should had been a value, either true or false.

Customer is using UIM 20.4 and UIM Connector 3.9.0 which only certified for UIM 8.5.3 and 9.0.2

 

Not sure if the missing value is a result of the old UIM connector.

When customer put the CI in UIM in maintenance, the UIM connector did not get any update from UIM.

 

Need to use UIM Connector 9.3.9
