Import Error "ORA-20008: Could not find user"

Issue/Introduction

When a user, e.g. Bob, tries to use the import/export feature within Applications Manager, the import or export fails with the below error:

Cause

It is likely due to a User data corruption issue 

Resolution

Using the example above, this can be resolved by deleting and recreating the User:

1. Copy User Bob and save as User Bob1
2. Delete User Bob
3. Copy Bob1 and save as original user Bob.
4. Delete user Bob1
