Issue/Introduction

End users have to scroll thru the flow of activities of a ticket to see attachments--anyway we can have a button/link so that they can click on it and see all attachments

Release : 17.3

Component : SDM - xFlow

Resolution

Currently this works by designed and it can't be customized to have a button or link that would show all attachments in one place.
