Clarity PPM On Premise Clarity PPM SaaS


The Clarity PPM application has just been upgraded. It has multiple nodes behind a Load Balancer URL. When the load balancer URL is used, it is observed that Error 500 is received. When the individual application nodes are accessed directly through their URLs, it is observed that the application is accessible.


Doing a Browser Network trace revealed that the HTTP requests were not even reaching the application nodes. They were being stalled by the Load Balancer server. F5 configurations were applied incorrectly.


Load Balancer configurations were corrected to open up traffic between the LB and application nodes.
