How to personalize alerting mail ASM? is there any way to personalize alert email that ASM send through email or SMS?

There is no way to edit email/SMS alert notifications. An enhancement requested was already raised in order to have Email alert being personalized, it will be evaluated and put in our backlog to be deployed soon.
