What information should I collect for troubleshooting MDM (Modern Device Management)?

There are a few files to consider gathering as part of your troubleshooting and a few questions to ask to gather more details:
1. Is this problem reproducible on all clients or on some single mac device?
2. If you are not getting an update or running a MDM policy, make sure that the policy containing application is received by the MDM agent. MDM Policy is located under /opt/altiris/notification/nsagent/var/policies/ on MDM Server.
3. Collect and share with us logs from MDM Server located under:
/opt/altiris/notification/mdmagent/services/micromdm/log/
and
/opt/altiris/notification/mdmagent/services/mdm2nse/log/
