We have been trying to activate reports in our customer environments but have this problem
Even in reports than uses another tables, like audit tables, we can“t see anything at least we use internet explorer
Screen remains in blank, maybe a problem with inconsistency between jasper and IDM (http/https)

customer found Jasper configuration of JDBC connections from Jasper was incomplete, so configured it correctly and they can make reports directly from jasper web
also used from System-> Reporting -> Report Server Connection , ensure the "Proxy Report Request" option is selected.
