Action Trace level expiration does not work

Issue/Introduction

Action Trace (SQL trace) level expiration does not get reset after 5 days as expected, and will remain enabled indefinitely in some SAAS environments

 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Connect to Clarity - Administration - Resources - select the resource properties
2. Set the Trace to Trace Statements or Trace Statements and Results
3. Save
4. Note the action app-trace.xml is getting generated when the user is logged in and clicking on Clarity options
5. Now wait for 5 days or indefinitely
6. Log back in and check the Resource Properties, also the app-trace.xml log after user actions in Clarity

Expected Results: The action trace to be automatically disabled in the product after 5 days according to the documentation:

"Tracing expires and reverts back to Trace Off after 5 days."

Actual Results: The action trace remains enabled indefinitely and the app-trace.xml log will continue updating

This is DE65531, fixed in 16.1.0

Workaround: Always ensure the trace is manually disabled
