OI & Spectrum integration getting 401 error in SDP logs.

Issue/Introduction

We are running on OI 21.3. We recently upgraded the Spectrum application from 21.2.6 to 21.2.10.

Currently we are running on SDP 21.2.4. We installed SDP 21.2.10 and updated the ConnectorConfig.xml to match the file under version 21.2.4. But we see 401 errors in the log when we start the SDP 21.2.10.

Generated new bearer token using masteradmin account.
