Issue/Introduction

Attempting to add a credential to a user in VIP Manager returns the error: Credential ID is already in use. Enable the option in the Credentials policy to allow the credential ID to be shared with this user 

Resolution

Enable multi-user credentials in VIP manager > Policies > Account tab. Below is a screenshot. If you select Yes, this allows a credential to be registered to more than one end user in your organization at any one time.
