IllegalStateException Error while applying APM 10.7 HF84

Issue/Introduction

We have been asked to implement APM 10.7 HF84 on different case. The fix was provided by CA / Broadcom.

However we are unable to complete the install, get the following exception, and it rolls back.

Error while executing the scenario
java.lang.IllegalStateException: com.wily.apm.model.webservices_10.7.0.jar not found in /uuu/sap/cc/wilyintroscope/product/enterprisemanager/plugins

Rolling back the scenario
Deleting files extracted from JRE/adoptopenjdk.jre-8u292b10-aix-ppc64.tar.xz
extracting backup archive /uuu/sap/cc/wilyintroscope/hotfix/10.7.0-HF84/jre5130555004216676557.tar
Expanding: /uuu/sap/cc/wilyintroscope/hotfix/10.7.0-HF84/jre5130555004216676557.tar into /uuu/sap/cc/wilyintroscope
deleting folder /uuu/sap/cc/wilyintroscope/hotfix/10.7.0-HF84
Hotfix 10.7.0-HF84 was rolled back successfully

Environment

Release : APM 10.7 SAP

Component : Introscope

Cause

The APM 10.7 is SAP APM EM from SAP.

Not directly from CA /Broadcom. 

 

Resolution

Need to get the APM 10.7 HF#84 directly from SAP. 

SAP should have the updates and fixes.

If the original / initial product from SAP, it should be supported and patched by SAP as well.
