User not able to import the job in test wcc

Issue/Introduction

Error: The command could not be excuted.command processing exception encountered

while trying to import the job in wcc , user getting the error as above 

Also receiving the below error message:

java.net.ConnectionException: Connection refused: connect

Environment

Release : 11.4.7

Component : Workload Control Center

Resolution

The igateway process was not running on the AutoSys Scheduler machine. On the AutoSys Scheduler did the following steps since it is a Unix environment:

1) Logged in as root

2) Went to the /opt/CA/SharedComponents/iTechnology

3) Typed ./S99igateway start
