Select All option in Timesheet Tasks unavailable

Issue/Introduction

Select All / Deselect All option is not visible when selecting the tasks using Select Tasks options in Timesheet

In 16.0.1, SELECT ALL option was available

Environment

Release : 16.0.2

Cause

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Login to a 16.0.2 Clarity environmentand navigate to MUX timesheet page
2. Identify a timeperiod where the tasks are not added yet.
3. Click on Add Task --> Select Tasks

Expected: There is an option to SELECT ALL/DESELECT ALL 
Actual: SELECT ALL/DESELECT ALL option is missing.

Workaround: Manually select tasks by tasks using the checkbox.

Additional Info: This option was available in 16.0.1 and was taken away in 16.0.2

DE65501 - Fixed in 16.0.3
