There is no information regarding LDAP server compatibility information on Supportability Matrix. Is IBM Security Directory Service 6.4 supported on Service Desk Manager (SDM) 17.3?

Service Desk Manager (SDM) integrates with LDAP-enabled directories that support the Lightweight Directory Access Protocol version 3 (LDAP v3). The product documentation does not generally indicates a specific version/release of vendor directories as it supports and certifies LDAP v3. SDM supports IBM Security Directory Service 6.4 if it supports LDAP v3.
